Keys Bridge on Canvas
Keys Bridge on Canvas
This photo was shot while Katarina and I were on a trip down to see her friend get married in the Keys. On our way back. I made sure to have my drone handy and we were able to pull over so I could snap some photos while I was out there. I actually ended up meeting a gentleman from the photography program at the University of Miami. We exchanged information and talked cameras for a bit. It's one of my favorite things about photography is the people I am able to meet.
I also later dug deep into the history of this bridge, and the work of Henry Flagler. The engineering and the overall outcome in such brutal conditions… There is some incredible history here, you can sense it.
The color of the rust up against the deep greens and blues makes this one of my favorite captures. Hang this piece of Floridian history in your space today and support my ability to continue to navigate life as a disabled creator.
